Because I also work in client care, I'm not easy to reach by phone during the day. If you'd like to speak on the phone, just send a message first and we'll find a time that works.

I work part-time on Kenschetser and there's no large customer service team or impersonal chatbot on the other end. It may sometimes take a little longer to hear back, but when you do, it'll be a real human: me, or my lovely partner Allard.
