You're buying from a webshop run by one person, with help from my partner, alongside a regular job as a psychologist. I do my best to keep everything running smoothly, but here are the most important things to know.

All prices shown include VAT and exclude shipping costs. What you see is what you pay, unless there's an obvious pricing error.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. If a product isn't quite what you expected, you can return it in good condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You'll receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.

I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are always estimates. If everything is in stock, which you can check on the product page, you can generally expect your order to be shipped within 5 working days. I usually manage faster than that, but I'd rather you be pleasantly surprised by an early delivery than disappointed if it takes a little longer than expected. If anything goes wrong or a product is delayed, I'll let you know.
