Schema therapy

Below, you'll find the therapy material I've developed to visually support schema therapy treatment in English. Everything is hand-drawn and printed in small batches.

Schema therapy is one of the proven effective treatments for personality issues developed by Jeffrey Young. Moreover, it is increasingly being used for individuals with other persistent issues that don't easily resolve with more symptom-focused treatments.

Of course, schema therapy isn't solely about understanding the language and concepts. However, supporting the (sometimes challenging) language with visual material, including the illustrations I've drawn, can be helpful. An additional benefit is that illustrations more swiftly evoke emotions; "it strengthens the affective component of therapy."
