Here you will find the therapy materials I have created to support cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Currently, there are several forms available for free download.

I am working on additional materials. Are you missing any CBT tools? Feel free to email me with your ideas!

After downloading, you can print the CBT forms as many times as you like. You can also give them to clients so they can practice at home.

The only thing I would prefer is that you don't alter the files, cut things out, or, for example, remove my website address. Enjoy using them!
