Guarantee
I care deeply about the products that are crafted with love and attention. Naturally, I strive to deliver the products to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs, entitling you to a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report such a defect to me within two months of discovery, but sooner is always better. If the defect falls within the warranty, I will take care of the repair or replacement at no cost.
Complaints
It's possible that things don't always go as planned. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with me via jente @kenschetser.nl or through WhatsApp (06 - 39407553) so that we can come up with a suitable solution.
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, feel free to lodge your complaint via the European Union's platform.
